Coup d’état monarchique et bancaire au Canada

Si je vous demande qui est le chef d’État du Canada, plusieurs répondront que c’est le Premier ministre du Canada. En réalité, c’est la reine Élisabeth II qui est notre chef d’État. Vous, vous êtes ses sujets. C’est à travers le gouverneur général du Canada que son pouvoir est représenté et ce pouvoir est plus important que celui du Premier ministre lui-même. Présentement, c’est son Excellence la très honorable Michaëlle Jean, gouverneure générale et commandante en chef du Canada qui assume le pouvoir le plus élevé au pays et qui maintient un lien direct avec la monarque. On vous dira que ce n’est que cérémonial et figuratif. Mais si vous lisez les chartes du Commonwealth, vous constaterez que c’est les parlements des pays membres du Commonwealth qui sont cérémonials.

Gilles Duceppe et les autres ministres ainsi que ceux à la Chambre des communes du Québec, sans oublier les membres des forces armées, doivent porter allégeance et loyauté à la reine avant d’entrer en fonction.

Nous ne sommes pas réellement propriétaires de ce pays en tant que Canadiens. Environ 89% du territoire canadien (8,886,356 km²) constitue ce qu’on appelle les Terres de la Couronne du Canada, ce qui signifie que personne ne possède les terres (à part le 11% restant qui sont entre des mains privées). De ce fait, elles appartiennent à la reine du Canada. Dans les monarchies constitutionnelles, la sanction royale est un acte par lequel le monarque ou son représentant approuve une législation adoptée par le Parlement. Ensuite, nous avons la Gendarmerie royale du Canada. La face royale de la reine est partout sur notre argent. Toutes ces appellations et faits ne sont pas là pour des raisons sentimentales. Vous êtes la propriété, ainsi que tout ce pays, de Élisabeth II, par la grâce de Dieu, reine du Royaume-Uni, du Canada et de ses autres royaumes et territoires, chef du Commonwealth, défenseur de la foi.

Nous pouvons trouver la preuve de cela avec le «coup d’état monarchique» récent au Canada où le Parlement a été prorogé, c’est-à-dire fermé, ce qui met un terme à la session parlementaire et donc à tous les travaux en cours. Tout ceci pour permettre au gouvernement Harper d’éviter un vote de confiance qu’il aurait vraisemblablement perdu.

La conséquence d’une prorogation:

«Toutes les affaires non complétées sont abandonnées ou expirent au Feuilleton et tous les comités perdent leur mandat, permettant ainsi un nouveau départ à la session suivante.» – Source: La procédure et les usages de la Chambre des communes, des auteurs Robert Marleau et de Camille Montpetit.

Un autre exemple éloquent remonte au temps de Brian Mulroney alors qu’il faisait face à un Sénat dominé par les Libéraux qui refusaient de faire passer la loi sur la TPS et qui s’opposaient à l’Accord de libre-échange nord-américain (ALÉNA). Mulroney utilisa une provision constitutionnelle peu connue pour augmenter temporairement le nombre sénateurs de huit ainsi donnant la majorité au Conservateurs dans la haute chambre. C’est Élisabeth II qui les nommera. Démocratie de façade. La reine du Canada a décidé qu’elle voulait garder Harper car il soutient et implémente l’Union nord-américain et l’expansion de l’ALÉNA appelé à devenir la Zone de libre-échange des Amériques (ZLÉA).

Lorsque cela compte réellement et que les gens qui se tiennent derrière la reine d’Angleterre et du Canada n’aiment pas ce qui se passe au Canada, ils peuvent suspendre le Parlement et apposer leur véto contre n’importe quelle loi par simple décret de son représentant, le gouverneur général. La reine représente beaucoup plus que la simple royauté. Elle est la représentante de la Cité de Londres – que l’on nomme aussi la City – et ses intérêts financiers. La Cité est principalement composée de plus de 500 banques comme le Crédit Suisse, Barclays Bank, Bank of America, Citigroup et HSBC, de la Bourse de Londres, de compagnies d’assurance tel que la Lloyd’s of London, de grandes entreprises et de journaux. Nous pouvons donc dire que la reine est en quelque sorte la porte-parole et représentante de cette oligarchie.

Ceci étant dit, ce système de gouverneurs dans cette monarchie constitutionnelle canadienne et québécoise coûte excessivement cher aux contribuables canadiens. Selon les estimations du gouvernement fantoche, c’est plus de $30 millions que nous devons dépenser chaque année, soit environ le même montant que Harper voulait couper dans le financement des partis politiques dernièrement. Nous pouvons constater les priorités.

Donc, ce à quoi nous assistons est en quelque sorte un coup d’état monarchique et bancaire. N’oubliez pas que dans tout ce tourbillon politique, Harper a octroyé $75 milliards aux banques privées, dont une grande quantité de cet argent finira dans les mains de quelques banquiers à Londres. Un coup d’état silencieux et sans effusion de sang. Par contre, c’est notre économie et nos finances personnelles qui vont saigner. En effet, avec ce montant qui se rajoutera à la dette nationale et qui devra être remboursé avec les intérêts, nous pouvons nous attendre à subir un sérieux coup très bientôt.

Charest et la reine Élisabeth II: yes we can!

C’est Obama qui serait fier de nous: nous avons opté pour du changement! Le Québec a apparemment choisi le grand John James Charest comme premier ministre une troisième fois consécutive, une première depuis les années 50 que même les Réné Lévesque, Lucien Bouchard et Robert Bourrassa n’ont pas su accomplir. Bravo! Nous avons donné à notre sauveur un gouvernement légèrement majoritaire. Le grand prêtre Paul Desmarais a donné sa bénédiction et le peuple peut maintenant rentrer chez lui, après avoir assisté au sacrifice de 83 millions de dollars sur l’autel de la démocratie.

Tout va pour le mieux dans le meilleur des mondes. On va pouvoir continuer paisiblement à vendre le Québec aux enchères sans être ennuyé par ces radicaux extrémistes de la gauche qui refusent de tout privatiser et être les esclaves des grands intérêts financiers. Qu’on les envoie avec Omar Khadr et Maher Arar se faire torturer à Guantanamo ou autre prison secrète américaine à travers le monde. Terroriste, va!

Amir Khadir, microbiologiste et co-leader du parti Québec Solidaire a été élu dans son compté de Mercier à Montréal. C’est une première pour ce parti politique qui risque bien de devenir la nouvelle alternative qui remplacera la fausse alternative de l’ADQ dont le chef Mario Dumont a maintenant démissionné. Monsieur Khadir a besoin de se tenir tranquille et de ne pas nuire aux opérations du secteur privé pour démanteler et privatiser la province pour des peanuts parce qu’avec un nom pareil, il se retrouvera avec nos deux malheureux compères mentionnés plus haut. Mmmm, avec le nom que je porte, je ferais mieux de me surveiller aussi.

Les copains conservateurs de John Charest l’attendent les bras ouverts à Ottawa dès qu’il aura terminé de privatiser le Québec et le mettre sous le contrôle complet des grands intérêts financiers tout en appauvrissant la population. Un brillant avenir est devant lui et les portes lui sont ouvertes pour monter au ciel et finalement être un jour Premier ministre de la grande et magnifique colonie de Élisabeth II, par la grâce de Dieu, reine du Royaume-Uni, du Canada et de ses autres royaumes et territoires, chef du Commonwealth, défenseur de la foi.

Nous avons pu constater en effet, bien que peu s’y soit réellement arrêté pour y penser, que le Dominion du Canada est une démocratie parlementaire et une monarchie constitutionnelle sous le nom d’Empire britannique. Pour éviter de voir son gouvernement tomber, Harper, le Robin des bois inversé, n’a eu qu’à aller boire une tasse de thé avec Son Excellence la très honorable Michaëlle Jean et fermer le Parlement pour un certain temps. Tout ce qu’il y a de plus banal. Zap, on ferme le garage. On se revoit dans quelques semaines. «Yes we can».

Qui a vraiment le pouvoir dans cette colonie britannique?

Politics surely makes for strange bedfellows. President-elect Barack Obama will officially announce on Monday his choice of New York Senator Hillary Clinton as his Secretary of State, a position that will make her the nation’s, and the world’s, top diplomat. It’s an appointment that for some comes as no surprise, as some sort of Obama/Clinton marriage always seemed inevitable. But to others, this decision is sure to be truly unfathomable.

No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office.

Essentially, you cannot take a job if the salary was increased during your current congressional term. And the salary for cabinet officials has gone up in the past year. Even if it is lowered back down, constitutional scholars say that may not be enough to fix the problem.

The question is whether this would be an issue at confirmation – if Clinton is nominated to the post – and who would raise it. Senators traditionally grant their colleagues some deference and it could be considered politics at its worst if Republicans try to block her nomination with this argument. But senators may be loathe to vote for something scholars tell them is unconstitutional.

But the moment Obama makes the nomination, he violates the Constitution.

Despite having reported the discovery of Dr. Haut’s signed report confirming the existence of a second wound to Vincent Foster’s neck, radio host Rush Limbaugh to this very day refers to Vincent Foster’s death as a suicide.

Even Matt Drudge, when presented with the FBI records proving that the FBI fraudulently manufactured Lisa Foster’s recognition of the gun found at Fort Marcy Park, refused to get involved, opting instead for a story accusing Sidney Blumenthal of domestic violence (for which Drudge was then sued).

UNRWA chief: Gaza on brink of humanitarian catastrophe

Karen AbuZayd, commissioner-general of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), said the human toll of this month’s sealing of Gaza’s goods crossings was the gravest since the early days of a Palestinian uprising eight years ago.

Memo to UNRWA Commissioner-General Abuzayd: what you are seeing on the ground in Gaza is precisely the outcome Israel wants to have happen.

Gazan Palestinians are, Commissioner-General, literally being « softened up » by malnutrition for « the kill’; and by that, I mean that they are being starved so they cannot resist a massive Israeli invasion which will leave no Palestinian standing, if Israel thinks they can get away with it.

Make no mistake: this siege, and the outcomes Israel is creating by it, are clear, and completely unambiguous.

And this impending invasion of Gaza isn’t a question of if; it is a question of when.

Gaza power plant shuts down

Gaza‘s sole power plant has shut down because Israel will not allow the importation of replacement parts needed for urgent repairs, an official in the impoverished Palestinian territory’s energy authority said on Tuesday.

This virtually guarantees that many of the medically fragile in Gazan hospitals will die.

Barak closes crossings and health disaster in Gaza due to chlorine depletion

Israeli war minister Ehud Barak decided late Monday to retain the Gaza crossings closed on Tuesday at the pretext of Palestinian rocket attacks, while the popular committee against the siege warned of an imminent health disaster due to the depletion of chlorine used to disinfect drinking water.

Webmaster’s Commentary:

Look for water-borne diseases like cholera to start running rampant through the Gazan population.

Of course, the Israeli government understands precisely that this will be the outcome without chlorine to purify the water.

Knowing this outcome, and doing nothing to prevent it, means that the Israeli government wants this to happen.

Essential health facilities at the Al Shifa medical center stopped functioning

Dr. Hussein Ashour, head of the Al Shifa medical center in Gaza, one of the biggest medical centers in the Gaza Strip, stated that main facilities at the center stopped functioning due to the lack of fundamental equipment and tools.

Ashour added that the Oxygen Department, the Heart Unit, Physical Therapy Unit and the main laboratory completely stopped functioning as they lack fundamental equipment and tools.

The Siege: Israel’s « final solution » for sick Palestinian Gazans, including the infants and children.

Gaza’s hospitals struggle to save lives amid Israeli siege

Virtually no food, medicine or other vital supplies have been allowed in to the territory that is home to 1.5 million people. The impact of the siege is most directly observed in Gaza’s health sector.

Dr. Zaki Azzaq Zouq, an oncologist, explained, « There is a widespread shortage of essential medicines which we used to give to patients prior to the blockade. Currently, there are no tools for physicians to treat patients who suffer from lung, stomach, colon or brain cancers. »

So much for the Israeli government’s much-vaunted lie about not wanting to create a humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Hungry Gazans Resort to Animal Feed as U.N. Blasts Israel

Half of Gaza’s bakeries have closed down and the other half have resorted to animal feed to produce bread as Israel’s complete blockade of the coastal territory enters its 19th day.

Karen AbuZayd, commissioner-general for the U.N.’s Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), which supports Palestinian refugees, warned that a humanitarian « catastrophe » loomed if Israel continued to prevent aid from reaching Gaza.

Webmaster’s Commentary:

Memo to Ms. AbuZayd: my dear lady, don’t you get it? This is precisely the outcome Israel wants, to literally « soften up » Gazan Palestinians for the coming invasion.

The siege, and lack of necessities, is not an accident, but a very carefully thought out strategy to achieve very specific outcomes.

These include death for medically fragile Gazans who are denied treatment outside of Gaza which could save them,
death by water-born diseases, like cholera, because the water pumping and filtration units won’t work, and severe malnutrition in children.

Ms. Abu Zayd, there is absolutely nothing accidental in what the Israelis are doing here. They know precisely what will happen as the siege continues, and that is what they want to see continue to happen.

Israel Creates Humanitiarian Crisis In Gaza

Israel has cut off fuel to Gaza and has illegally instituted collective punishment on 1.5 million Palestinians. Raw sewage runs in the streets, hospitals have no power and the world stands silent and MSM does not cover the story.

El Khoudary: Civilians will nonviolently march to Israel on Ghandi style

The direful situation of Gaza strip reached the peak in last two days. More people are joining the harmed classes of Palestinians living under siege. Popular Committee against Siege PCAS warned today of decisive popular mass towards Israeli borders.

Let us hope that the Palestinian people remember Gandhi’s edict to his followers: no violence, even if violence is done to you.

Many of Gandhi’s followers were beaten and shot by the British.

And let us also hope that the governmental and military infrastructure of Israel understands that shooting into a crowd of unarmed civilians will be a pr catastrophe.

It will be caught on camera, no matter what Israel has done recently to prevent journalists into Gaza, and the footage of this march, and the Israeli response, will be seen around the world.

Deaths and no dinner

Fadiya Al-Zaher, 55, was supposed to return last Thursday to her house following routine kidney dialysis at Shuhada Al-Aqsa Hospital in the centre of the Gaza Strip. She used to go three times a week. Her son Amin, was with her when the power supply to the hospital was cut off and the backup generators, short of fuel, failed to kick in.

Amin was running up and down the corridor leading to her room, not knowing what to do. His sister, Tahani, suggested that they take their mother to another hospital in Gaza. Amin phoned the hospital and was told that it wasn’t ready to take in more patients. Then a nurse came and told Amin that his mother had gone into a coma. An hour later, she was pronounced dead.

Fadiya’s story illustrates the fate awaiting hundreds of people diagnosed with chronic illnesses in Gaza.

Khalil Al-Koreimah, 59, nearly died in similar circumstances. An asthma patient, Khalil keeps an electrically operated oxygen pump at home that he uses in emergencies. When Khalil needed to use the pump recently, there was no electricity in the entire neighbourhood.

Imagine, for one moment, that this woman was your mom, your auntie, your cousin, a dear friend of the family.

Libyan aid ship blocked from Gaza

Israeli boats have obstructed the path of a Libyan cargo ship en route to the Gaza Strip.

The ship was said to be carrying about 3,000 tonnes of goods for residents of the Strip in defiance of an Israeli sea and land blockade of the territory.

Monday’s scheduled docking was the first attempt by a foreign government to break the blockade.

Israel on Thursday reopened its border crossings with the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip to journalists and international aid workers, lifting a month-long ban that has been vocally protested.

In Afghanistan, a US Air Force strike wiped out about 40 people in a wedding party. A pre-dawn missile strike by a US drone on a suspected militant hideout in Pakistan’s volatile north Waziristan tribal region has killed at least 12 people.

Aerial strikes guarantee two things, and two things only; the killing of a lot of innocent civilians (and I would almost be willing to bet real money that the strike killed far more people than reported here), and the radicalization of those left standing even further against the government.

One almost has to wonder if the US is hell-bent on creating the level of destabilisation necessary to make conditions ripe for another bloodless coup, a la Musharraf, to bring a yet another military dictator to the fore who will be far more pliable to US demands than Zardari has appeared to be.

Pakistan and U.S. have tacit deal on airstrikes

The United States and Pakistan reached tacit agreement in September on a don’t-ask-don’t-tell policy that allows unmanned Predator aircraft to attack suspected terrorist targets in rugged western Pakistan, according to senior officials in both countries.

Civilian deaths remain a problem, Zardari said. « If the damage is women and children, then the sensitivity of its effect increases, » he said. The U.S. « point of view, » he said, is that the attacks are « good for everybody. Our point of view is that it is not good for our position of winning the hearts and minds of people. »

Truck halt on Pakistan pass may hurt U.S.

Pakistan temporarily suspended oil tankers and trucks with sealed containers from using a key passage into Afghanistan, an official said Sunday, a move that will likely impact supplies heading to U.S. and NATO troops.

The suspension came just days after a band of militants hijacked around a dozen trucks whose load included Humvees and other supplies headed to the foreign forces in Afghanistan.

One has to wonder if the ambush is the « real reason » for the suspension of truck deliveries, or if Pakistan is sending a message to the US and NATO that they do have a way of making life more difficult for US and NATO troops in retaliation for the strikes inside their territories.

At the weekly Cabinet meeting, Olmert said he had ordered security chiefs to draw up action plans against Hamas’ 17-month-old rule in Gaza.

Israeli tanks rumble into Gaza

Israeli tanks forged into the southern Gaza Strip on Tuesday, drawing rocket and mortar fire from Palestinian militants, militant groups said, intensifying violence that has chipped away at a tenuous cease-fire.

Israel and Hamas have been trading fire for two weeks after nearly five months of relative quiet. The June 19 truce is due to expire next month, and both sides might be trying to dictate more favorable terms in anticipation of the agreement’s renewal.

Gaza Power Plants totally off

Al Khodary stated in a press conference in Gaza that since the Power Plant is not functioning, hospitals and medical centers would not be able to function. Other basic services, including drinking water wells, will also be out of order.

The power shortage would also disrupt critical water and sanitation services, this endangering the health and life of the residents.

UN to suspend food distribution in Gaza

The United Nations will suspend its food distribution to half of Gaza’s 1.5 million people on Thursday after Israel failed to allow emergency supplies into the Palestinian territory, a spokesman said.

Israel initially said it would allow 30 trucks to deliver supplies to Gaza on Thursday after it sealed off the Gaza Strip on November 5, but later said mortar fire by Gaza militants made it impossible to do so.

Study: Bank Leumi not obliged to return cash to Holocaust victims’ heirs

The company asked the bank in March for money in 1,299 accounts belonging to Holocaust victims, totaling some NIS 147 million. The company later asked for NIS 250 million more, from some 1,000 additional accounts in the bank. Most of the sum consists of revalued accounts, after adding accumulated interest and linkage until 1960, when the bank passed them on to the Custodian General.

Nous avons été touchés et on ne veut pas nous laisser savoir si la Caisse a effectivement perdu autour de $30 milliards de notre argent dans ce racket financier. Notre régime de retraite du Canada a perdu 10 milliards, selon les chiffres qu’on nous donne.

Nous sommes lourdement endettés et réellement en récession. C’est ce qu’on va admettre au lendemain des élections. Allez voter en masse le 8 décembre, car Charest compte sur le fait que les gens n’iront pas pour avoir sa majorité. Il faut sortir les truands du gouvernement.

Cela aura pour effet de changer toute la structure financière des gouvernements fédéral et provinciaux. Il faudra aussi couper dans les services sociaux pour arriver à absorber le choc que ce montant va engendrer.

Tout ça pour quelle raison? On se trouve à financer notre propre dette!
J’ai eu la chance d’avoir le professeur en économie à l’Université d’Ottawa, Michel Chossudovsky sur mon émission. Il est aussi le directeur de Mondialisation.ca et Global Research, deux sites qui reçoivent plus de 40 000 visiteurs par jour en provenance de partout dans le monde. Écoutez ce qu’il avait à dire à propos de cette sordide affaire.

Tout s’est déroulé sans que personne ne soit consulté tant au Parlement qu’au niveau de la population. Pas un mot n’est soufflé dans les élections ni dans les médias. Hallucinant. Comme si de rien n’était. Du terrorisme économique silencieux.

La bonne nouvelle? Nous assistons à une mort et une renaissance. Une bonne partie de la masse se réveille. L’information circule comme jamais auparavant. Plus qu’on est bien informé, moins que l’on peut être manipulé. Lorsque les gens commencent à réaliser ce qui se passe réellement, cela signifie que la partie est finie pour l’élite. Leur dernier ressort est d’utiliser la technique qui consiste à vous faire peur et de partir des guerres. La stratégie de la tension. Pensez-vous réellement que cette histoire à Mumbai (Bombay) est vraiment l’affaire de musulmans relié à l’Al Qaïda? Pourquoi ne pas se poser les trois questions élémentaires pour résoudre un crime: Qui a les moyens, la technique/méthodes et la motivation de perpétrer un tel carnage? Qui profite réellement en terme de pouvoir et financièrement?

Alors voilà, la balle est dans notre camp. Bien sûr qu’il y a une élite hors de contrôle. Mais en tout et partout, ils sont environ 10 000 et nous sommes autour de 7 milliards. C’est la fin d’un empire et son système, mais aussi la naissance de ce que nous voudrons vivre. C’est un moment de vérité. J’ai comme un goût de liberté, de paix et de fraternité. J’ai l’impression que ça va commencer avec une transparence totale du système bancaire et financier ainsi qu’en retournant la responsabilité de la création de la monnaie entre les mains des banques centrales contrôlées exclusivement par le peuple à travers leur serviteur, le gouvernement. Nous devons redistribuer tout l’argent qui nous a été volé et entassé dans les paradis fiscaux et les couloirs dissimulés de la haute finance qui profite de la misère humaine et des guerres. Cette dette de $600 milliards et le $75 de plus qui va s’y rajouter sont de la pure fraude, une trahison, un racket mafieux et nous ne sommes pas obligés de rembourser. Nous aurions pu nous servir de notre banque centrale pour créer cet argent au lieu de l’emprunter des banquiers privés avec intérêts. Nous avons déjà remboursé plus d’argent que ce que nous devons, seulement qu’en intérêts. Ces dettes nationales sont impossibles à rembourser. Annulons-les. Rayons ces dettes de nos livres. Zap, on repart à zéro. L’Argentine l’a fait et d’autres s’apprêtent à suivre cette voie.

Lorsque la population a peur de leur gouvernement, il y a tyrannie, mais lorsque le gouvernement a peur de la population, il y a liberté.

Je suis dévasté par cette nouvelle. C’est exactement de cette façon que les candidats acceptables pour l’establishement aux États-Unis ont été mis en scène au détriment des autres candidats dangeureux pour l’ordre établit comme Ron Paul: en contrôlant qui reçoit le temps d’antenne et qui est tenu à l’écart.

On a des graphiques qui démontrent très clairement la corrélation entre le temps d’antenne en prime-time et la popularité d’un candidat. Ils créent une réalité sous nos yeux et choisissent pour nous ce qui sont des choix acceptables et ce qui n’en sont pas.

Il y a pré-sélection faite par des médias, des boîtes privées en majorité et ceci n’est pas seulement anti-démocratique, mais carrément une menace directe qui va au coeur de l’essence même du pouvoir de choisir, de notre liberté de déterminer notre futur. Nous glissons dans le fascisme, une ploutocratie. Le secteur privé est en train de perpétrer un coup d’état silencieux partout en Amérique, de façon insidieuse. Voici l’article en question:

Pour qui se prend ce consortium de diffuseurs, pour s’autoproclamer l’arbitre de ce que doit ou ne doit pas entendre la population lors d’une campagne électorale ? En décidant d’exclure les Verts et le QS du débat télévisé, les diffuseurs biaisent si outrageusement l’issue du prochain scrutin que nos droits à tous sont lésés. Gravement lésés, et notre démocratie qui claudique entre manipulation et corruption n’a pas besoin de ce sale coup supplémentaire.

Qui se cache derrière ce consortium ? Des médias qui sont pour partie au service de l’État et, pour le reste, propriété d’intérêts corporatifs eux-mêmes en étroite relation incestueuse avec la pouvoir. Laisser ceux qui sont en place décider du droit de parole de ceux qui les contestent augure bien mal de l’état de notre démocratie. On peut étouffer la vérité, sans l’étrangler trop visiblement; juste en ne la laissant pas respirer.

Quand la loi électorale oblige les médias à fournir du temps d’antenne gratuit à tous les partis ayant obtenu plus de 3% des votes à la dernière élection générale, est-ce que l’esprit de la loi est que ce temps peut être fourni discrétionnairement en tout temps, en laissant les bonnes heures d’écoute – dont le temps du débat est la meilleures – uniquement à ceux qui montrent patte blanche au système ?

Parce qu’une population jocrisse ne proteste jamais, le pouvoir s’enhardit à tricher avec de moins en moins de pudeur avec les exigences de ses propres règles. Dangereux, car on a perdu la foi en cette pseudo démocratie qui oppose toujours bonnet blanc a blanc bonnet. On perd l’espérance en la possibilité d’un changement. On va bientôt perdre la charité de ne pas le leur dire plus brutalement.

Pourquoi faut-il les Verts et QS au débat ? D’abord, pour avoir des idées neuves. Autre chose que l’insignifiant magma de solutions éculées que la petitesse intellectuelle et l’imagination pitoyable des trois “grands” partis nous proposent. Il est bien téméraire de penser résoudre par des moyens ordinaires un crise extraordinaire comme celle qui vient. Il faut avoir d’autres options en réserve. Laissons ceux qui réfléchissent nous les montrer. Que le Directeur général des élections intervienne

Ensuite, par équité. Si le DGE n’intervient pas, voyons quel est le statut juridique de ce consortium. Diminuer la visibilité d’un parti politique reconnu, c’est aussi limiter son accès au financement que l’État lui accorde au prorata des votes obtenus. C’est un dommage concret dont il ne reste qu’à fixer le quantum. QS et les Verts doivent bien avoir un avocat quelque part ?

Une campagne électorale est en branle. Voilà une occasion formidable pour faire connaitre la communauté de Centpapiers au grand public. Dans le but de prouver au Québec que la blogosphère n’est pas qu’un hall pour radoteur, l’équipe de Centpapiers lance donc un appel aux scoops.

Plutôt que de se contempler tous dans une parade narcissique basée sur l’autocitation vers nos propres billets, blogueurs : sortons de chez nous, appelons, convoquons en entrevue des personnages qui aiment faire la controverse ; vérifions les propos passés des politiciens ; surtout ceux des vire-capot.

Publicisez cet appel aux scoops sur vos blogues respectifs. Nous n’avons plus de temps à perdre. C’est parti. Nous avons un public de 7,7 millions de Québécois à qui il faut prouver que la blogosphère mérite d’être lue !

Mario Dumont veut privatiser Hydro-Québec

Depuis déjà plusieurs années, on peut voir des articles ou encore des rapports préparés par l’Institut économique de Montréal, dans lesquels, il préconise des privatisations de certaines sociétés d‘État, comme ce fut le cas lors de la dernière grève des employés de la Société des alcools du Québec il y a à peine quelques années, ou bien encore en indiquant que le gouvernement pourrait faire une privatisation partielle d’Hydro-Québec, ce qui « aiderait grandement le processus de révision nécessaire du mandat d’Hydro-Québec, pour que sa fonction principale devienne celle de maximiser la valeur du capital de ses actionnaires en vendant toute l’électricité au prix de marché ».

Cette idée a été reprise cette semaine par l’Action Démocratique de Mario Dumont, et il s’engage s’il est élu, de privatiser Hydro-Québec en mettant en vente 7,5% des actions de la société d‘État, ce qui permettrait selon l’ADQ d’empocher 10 milliards de dollars.

Le problème est que si effectivement Hydro-Québec était en partie privatisée, on peut supposer que les preneurs d’actions seront avant tout les bien nantis, ou encore les gestionnaires de certaines caisses de retraite, qui recherchent d’assurer un rendement maximum des placements, pour en faire bénéficier les futurs retraités et les retraités.

Pour se faire, ils pourraient au besoin faire des pressions sur Hydro-Québec, afin qu’ils augmentent leurs bénéfices, ce qui veut dire inévitablement des nouvelles hausses de tarifs d’Hydro-électricité, alors que la population québécois a déjà subi 6 augmentations des tarifs d’électricité depuis 2004, ce qui représente une hausse de 16,7%, après avoir bénéficié pendant plusieurs années des gels de tarifs sous le gouvernement de Bernard Landry.

Ce qui a fait dire au député péquiste Nicolas Girard, que le nombre de ménages qui a dû s’entendre avec Hydro-Québec pour le paiement de leurs factures d’électricité a augmenté considérablement depuis l’année 2004 en passant de 17,968 à 22,670 en 2007, alors que le nombre de clients qui se sont vus couper l’électricité a augmenté de 4,000 pour cette même période.

Malgré une telle situation, L’Institut économique de Montréal persiste et indique que le gouvernement pourrait aider les gens à faibles revenus ou encore certaines entreprises en leur donnant des subventions, ce qui veut dire une nouvelle bureaucratie, où l’on ignore toujours la forme que pourraient prendre ces subventions, et contrairement aux impôts, rien ne dit que ces subventions ne disparaîtront pas un jour.

P.S. En avril 2006, le prix moyen par kWh dans le secteur résidentiel était de 6,6¢ au Québec comparativement à 11,2¢ à Toronto, 19,2¢ à New York et 23,8¢ à Boston.

Qu’est ce que je peux haïr l’ADQ, Dumont et sa boîte à idées capitalistes de l’extrême droite. Le cash au détriment de tous pour le bonheur de quelques riches.

Voilà qui vient d’assurer que jamais je ne voterai pour ce parti vendu aux idées finies (IÉM) qui ont causé cette crise financière que nous connaissons. Et ils en veulent plus ! Privatiser Hydro-Québec !

Bin tin ! J’ai tellement hâte d’avoir d’autres augmentations de mon compte d’Hydro pour satisfaire quelques requins de la finance qui n’en n’ont jamais assez.

Mario, va donc t’installer dans le grand nord et efface toi.

Chers lectrices et lecteurs, j’apporte à votre attention un des sujet les plus préoccupant qui soit, celui de l’utilisation de l’uranium appauvri. J’ai déjà écrit un article à ce sujet au début de l’année et je vous invite à le lire pour vous mettre au courant de cette situation si vous l’êtes pas déjà.

Il ne sert à rien de vouloir réécrire ce qui a déjà été dit de façon claire et éloquente. Alors le but de cet article est de mettre à jour les informations et de compléter ce qui a déjà été révélé. Votre responsabilité est d’aller consulter ces sources diverses d’information et de vous faire votre propre idée. Jetez un coup d’oeil aux vidéo et photos. Garre aux coeurs sensibles, ce que vous allez voir est horrifiant; mais pourtant, nous devons faire face à la réalité, à ce qui est fait en nos noms à l’étranger. Nous devons comprendre ce que font nos gouvernements avec nos impôts, notre argent.

Évidemment que l’étape suivante serait de forcer le débat sur la scène publique car les médias et les autorités ont comme mot d’ordre de ne pas en parler et de d’éviter toute discussion de ce dossier. Seuls les hauts échelons militaires et gouvernementaux en France, Angleterre, au Canada et États-Unis étaient au courant durant les guerres en Irak en 1991 et celle de 2003 jusqu’à présent, en Bosnie en 1994/95, au Kosovo en 1999 et en Afghanistan en 2001. On n’a pas voulu inquiéter les soldats ni alerter les médias et surtout pas déranger l’opinion publique mondiale.

Ordonnance de non-publication pour un blogue!

Une bombe vient de tomber dans la blogosphère. Nous vous avons présenté le 13 septembre dernier le site rédigé par M. Alain Dubois. Ce blogue publiait des compte-rendus de témoignages dans l’affaire du recours collectif Brochu contre Loto-Québec.

M. Alain Dubois ainsi que son blogue vient d’être frappé d’une ordonnance de non publication par le Juge Gratien Duchesne de la cour supérieure du Québec. M. Alain Dubois a dû, non seulement cesser de publier les informations concernant ce procès contre Loto-Québec, mais il a dû retirer de la blogosphère les billets déjà publiés, à l’exception de ceux rédigés par les journalistes de grands médias.

Nous avons demandé à avoir accès à cette ordonnance pour bien comprendre les limites et les contraintes de celle-ci. Nous ouvrons ici le débat sur cette affaire et nous tenterons de répondre dans les jours qui viennent à plusieurs questions: Quel est le sens de cette ordonnance? Quel en sera l’impact sur la blogosphère et les Internautes? Quelle jurisprudence cela va-t-il créer? Le procès entre les joueurs compulsifs et Loto-Québec est public. Tout citoyen peut y être présent. Un citoyen peut commenter ce qu’il a entendu, mais les propos ne pourraient pas être repris dans un blogue? Puisque le procès ne se déroule pas devant des jurés qui pourraient être influencés par les blogues, quel est la nécessité de cette ordonnance? Cette ordonnance va-t-elle définir des différences entre un citoyen-blogueur, un journaliste et un journaliste d’un grand média. Un blogue vient d’être muselé dans une cause qui implique une société d’État. Une société d’État n’a-t-elle pas une obligation de transparence publique plus grande qu’une entreprise? Cette ordonnance frappe-t-elle l’ensemble de la blogosphère?

Nous allons suivre de très près cette histoire d’ordonnance de non-publication du blogue Recours collectif Brochu et soulever le débat sur ses conséquences à venir.
